rental agreement

IMPORTANT

If ANY member of the rental party violates any of the Davidsen Lake House Rules or local laws/ordinances, the rental agreement will be VOID and EVERY member of the rental party will be REQUIRED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY.

  • Renters are responsible for any fines, tickets, or court summons received. 
     

  • Renters are financially responsible for any repairs, clean up, or other actions ​required to rectify their failure to adhere to the rules. 

​

Parking Rules 

​

  • There are 3 parking spots provided for your use:

    • 2 vehicles and/or boat trailers may be parked in the driveway.

    • 1 vehicle may park in the garage.

 

NOTE: Vehicles may park on the street but no tires may be on the lawn.​ Boat trailers must be kept in the driveway -- not on the street.
 

  • NO parking vehicles, boats, or trailers on grass. 
     

  • NO Parking in any manner that blocks neighborhood driveways.
     

  • NO Parking in any way that impedes traffic or emergency vehicles such as firetrucks and ambulances from reaching any house in the neighborhood. 
     

House Rules 

  • NO SMOKING 
     

  • NO PETS 
     

  • NO TRESSPASSING ON

    • any neighbor's property

    • the wooded area/neighborhood preserve area next door 
       

  • NO URINATING OUTDOORS
     

  • NO NUDITY OUTDOORS/NUDE SUNBATHING
     

  • NO GUESTS - Only the renters specified on the rental agreement are permitted on the property. 
     

  • NO TRASH, BOTTLES, FOOD, CANS, ETC. are to be throw in the lake, fire pit, fireplace, etc. Dispose of all trash, recycling, garbage properly. 
     

  • NO DISTURBING THE PEACE - This includes ensuring loud noises and sounds, including: voices, singing, arguing, television, toys, etc., cannot be heard beyond the property line. The property is large enough to contain acceptable sound levels -- if it reaches beyond, it's too loud. Please keep things quiet to respect the neighborhood residents. 
     

  • DO NOT TAMPER WITH SECURITY CAMERAS - Cameras have been placed OUTSIDE of house for year-round security purposes. Note: There are NO cameras inside as we respect your privacy. 
     

  • DO NOT REMOVE BEDDING OR TOWELS FROM THE PROPERTY
