The property features a spacious back yard along with 110-foot lake frontage and a dock.

YARD - The wide yard gives kids plenty of place to run and play in the sun in the summer, and a vast wonderland in snow that is perfect for building snow men or making snow angels. And, of course, the back deck with table and chairs provides a great space for outdoor dining. It can also be a go-to place to read a good book, take in a sunrise, or just take in the air. And don't forget the firepit for roasting marshmallows and looking up at the night sky -- or double back to the table for cards or outdoor games.
DOCK - The aluminum dock is solar powered, suitable for mooring boats, and the perfect place for fishing, swimming, sunning, or just taking in the view. Stairs by the shoreline provide access to/from the water for swimming.

Note: As Lake Mitchell freezes in the winter, the dock is typically only in the water April - October weather permitting. The rest of the year, the dock is placed in the side yard by a maintenance company. The dock is not something guests can move on their own.
